When reality traps you, you have to dream — and fashion is a dream.”

Luna
Ana Locking designs the entire wardrobe for the intimate science fiction feature film Luna, directed by Alfonso Cortés-Cavanillas and starring Marian Álvarez, Greta Fernández, Asier Etxeandía, Roberto Álamo and Nur Olabarría, with the participation of Asier Flores, Jaime Martín and Marta Larralde.
The story follows a private expedition led by Commander Diana Miranda (Marian Álvarez), who travels to the Moon to photograph a comet. When a fragment of the comet hits Earth, all communication is cut off. Completely isolated, the crew struggles to survive in the lunar void and rediscover the meaning of their existence.
For this space universe, Ana Locking has created space suits from scratch, reinterpreting scientific aesthetics with a contemporary and accessible approach, transporting the viewer to a futuristic but everyday space, where the emotional narrative and functionality of the costumes combine to reinforce the immersion in the story.
